Fred, known and recognized cook since 25 years in Carcassonne, I decided to change my "life" and to offer you a new concept of "eating well at any time", always based on my way of cooking, namely fresh, regional, seasonal, homemade or by artisans.
You customers, you wanted something new, so did I, so I decided to open this NEW concept "bistronomy and snacking/tea room" in a privileged and emblematic setting "LE BRISTOL".
I will prepare you market dishes, salad of the moment, Fred-style sandwich and your burgers according to my desires, as I decide ;)
